Carbon Express has perhaps built the best arrow ever constructed, and the technology behind the Aramid KV has taken arrow manufacturing to new heights. The Aramid arrow is definitely the top of the line hunting arrow on the market today. The Aramid KV is made with a layer of Kevlar, which is a synthetic fiber that is pound for pound five times stronger than steel.

No doubt that makes the Aramid the most durable arrow that you can buy for hunting. The Aramid also has one of Carbon Express most popular pieces of technology, Weight Forward. With built in weight forward you will receive superior down range accuracy with a broadhead. The Aramid KV features the Bulldog Nock Collar for added strength and protection. Most people really like the Bulldog Collar, because it can help save some arrows from breaking when target practicing. Aramids come standard with Blazer vanes on them which will add velocity and durability.

Last but not least the Aramid KV is spine selected for consistency and straighter shooting. This is very important for accurate groups down range and broadhead shooting. In my opinion you cannot buy an arrow that is easier to tune and get great broadhead flight out of. The straightness tolerance is .0025, weight tolerance is 1.0 grains, and the spine selection tolerance is .0025. The Aramid comes in two different spines a 250 and 350. The Aramid KV comes in at a nice weight as well with 8.9gpi and 9.8gpi. Looking for the most durable arrow with incredible accuracy. An arrow that is easy to tune and shoots broadheads better than any arrow that you have had before. Give the Carbon Express Aramid KV a try and you will not be disappointed.

Arrows are a very important part of your archery equipment, and although they look the same at first glance, today’s modern technology gives manufacturers the ability to make arrows out of many types of materials. Let’s take a look at some options when choosing an arrow.

Wood arrows have been around hundreds of years when you look back at archery’s history. Today, however, wood arrows are seldom used because they offer little durability and they are not a consistently straight arrow compared to others.

Aluminum was a very popular choice up until recently, although many archers still prefer aluminum especially with target archers. The biggest con of using aluminum arrows is they are easily bendable when they hit an object other than the target. In a hunting situation, when the arrow passes through the animal and strikes the ground, rocks, or trees, they can bend slightly without the hunter knowing. The next time the arrow is shot, you will have inconsistent results.

Carbon has become the popular choice of bow hunters because it is very durable and will not bend. The arrow is either straight or will break from hitting a hard object. Carbon is very light weight for the amount of material actually needed to make an arrow. Some companies also combine other materials to the carbon such as Kevlar, which makes the arrow even more durable. One thing to keep in mind when using carbon arrows is to make sure the arrows hasn’t splintered from use. This can cause injury if a splintered arrow decides to break apart on the shot.
